fever due to urinary tract infection complaining of high fever chills, burning micturition blood in urine, with recurrent episodes of every month or alternate
use to take antibiotics and subsides once again in 2 month same thing had recurrence , investigation was done find of multiple renal calculi both side of kidney
usg abdomen show multiple calculi in both kidney size measures 4 & 6 mm with hydro nephrosis .
